Transparency is our core value. Please review our licensing information and legal disclosures.

    Dual Licensing Disclosure

Justin Herrema operates as both a Certified Estate Buyer (through Mom's House) and a licensed Real Estate Agent/Realtor® in the state of Michigan. This dual capacity allows us to offer homeowners multiple options for selling their property.

When acting as a cash buyer, Justin Herrema is acting as a principal in the transaction to purchase the property for his own portfolio or investment purposes. When acting as a listing agent, he represents you, the seller, in a fiduciary capacity to sell the property on the open market.

    1. Cash Buyer Transactions

If you choose to accept a cash offer from TrueCashBuyer, you acknowledge that Justin Herrema is purchasing the property for profit and is not acting as your real estate agent in that specific transaction. In this scenario, no real estate commissions will be charged to you. We encourage all sellers to seek independent legal or financial counsel before signing any purchase agreement.

    2. Real Estate Brokerage Services

If you choose to list your property on the open market, Justin Herrema will act as your licensed Realtor® through Five Star Real Estate. Standard real estate commissions and agency disclosures will apply, and a formal listing agreement will be executed detailing the terms of representation.

    3. No Obligation

Requesting an offer or market valuation creates no obligation to sell your property to TrueCashBuyer or to list your property with Justin Herrema. The choice of which path to take, if any, is entirely up to you.
